Refund policy

We have a no return policy except for damaged goods.  Each item sold is insured by the carrier and any issues will likely be solved by them.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Buyers' remorse is not a legit reason to return an item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as limited edition personalized items), in addition to any damage that may be experienced when you frame your print.  While you are ordering a canvas print mounted to a stretcher board frame suitable for framing, because of supply constraints for lumber, you may receive a print mounted on board, which is still a common framing solution for canvas prints of this type.  We warrant that in the case of a board mounted print that the substrate used is acid free foam core, and the print is dry mounted to it using archival quality adhesive.  Do not attempt to remove the canvas from its board, unless you bring it to a professional that is an expert in museum quality fin art framing and mounting.  We are not responsible for any attempts to dismount, or any damage done now and in the future to the image, its colors or condition, due to inferior craftsmanship of the framer, or the use of materials that are not of archival quality that may damage the print now or over time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
There are no exchanges, except for damaged goods as described above, with this one additional exception.  From time to time, we may issue limited editions for third party marketing partners, or artist hand signed limited editions (" Special Editions".)  We may consider at the time of offering one of these editions to let you exchange your print for a special edition, if you wish to pay the additional restocking fees, difference in price between your purchase price and the special edition price, and additional shipping and insurance charges that may apply to the special edition.  Check back frequently to the site for notice of special editions, or make sure to read any communication we may send you regarding same.
